Building 64 new homes is no small feat. Getting them all leased is another. American Homes for Rent hired Slate Building Group as their construction team for the Wildwood Community in Charlotte, North Carolina so they could concentrate their efforts on getting each unit leased immediately when the build was complete. After reviewing the originally designed plans, Slate Building Group was able to recommend tweaks that would bring cost efficiencies and streamline the building process. In just 16 months, all 64 homes were complete and leased and American Homes for Rent was able to move on to their next big investment.
