Slate Building Group is looking for an Assistant Construction Supervisor. We are looking for someone that is eager to learn how to build, likes to be outdoors, is well organized and methodical, slightly impatient, friendly and that truly enjoys people. We can teach the sticks and bricks stuff, but we need your smarts and passion.

We need your help with:

• Building homes

• Scheduling construction projects

• Checking jobs to make sure things are done right

• Keeping things moving along so projects get finished quickly

• Building trust and relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Communicating with all the folks it takes to build a home successfully

• Lots more stuff it takes to build homes like a pro but we teach all of that

Slate Building Group is looking for a Project and Vendor Coordinator for new home building projects. We want you if you are super organized, friendly, process oriented and a dive into the nitty gritty person. We will teach you the sticks and bricks stuff, that’s easy, but we need your smarts.

What will you be doing?

• Organizing vendors path to take a project from plans to reality

• Helping us find new companies to work with to build our homes

• Communicating with the build team in person and through work scopes

• Designating who is doing what on a home build and how to do it

• Working with our designers to create plans

• Putting the vendors quotes into estimates

• Working in Google Drive to organize our many quotes, estimates, plans and information
