Full time position for someone with a proactive, curious, take charge, detailed & communicative mindset. You will be responsible for setting the stage for success in project building and finished construction product as well as locating and enlisting subcontractors and vendors that embody our philosophy of “Building Trust”.
Broad responsibility to lead and oversee our project scoping process to discover what is defective, ugly and/or terribly laid out & needs some love, and you get to decide how to make it look great.
You are the first set of eyes on a property and will endeavor to create great information for our clients & our building team to make a project look amazing while setting the costs to make it happen.
Details are super important! You will clearly communicate and scope everything & help decide the path forward to fix stuff while creating an estimate for repairs.
You will be our finder of great subcontractor and vendors partners that make our projects priced right and shine like a new penny.
You are the leader of the numbers and this business unit.
We respect that you are also the face of the company when it comes to new subcontractors and vendors and as such we always pay our bills on time and per the agreed terms.

Work from home is encouraged, you will also go to investment properties to figure out what they need. A suitable vehicle & ability to get around to projects is imperative. We scope ugly houses in pretty bad shape so some days you will need to wear coveralls to fully inspect and scope a property.
The ideal candidate has a high sense of urgency, a love for the details, an ability to run systems and the desire to figure out processes and make things run smoothly.
The ideal candidate also has great vision, some construction knowledge, can see what is wrong or right from a mile away, happy to dive into a crawl space or attic to make sure there are no surprises has a high sense of urgency, a love for the details, the desire to build relationships with customers.
